This course will enable the student to perform a site survey for a photovoltaic system. The student will explore photovoltaic applications, installation planning, system components, and preparing proposals. The student will explore how to effectively incorporate photovoltaic systems into stand-alone or interconnected electrical systems. The student will practice using standard industry tools such as a Solar Path Finder, angle finder, irradiance meter, multi-meter, and temperature gun.
